Personal Protection, Indispensable      

◦ Goggles: Prevent eye injuries from splashing stones, grass clippings, and metal fragments.

◦ Safety helmet: Protects the head, especially when working on slopes or in orchards.
◦ Protective face shield: Full-face protection, safer.
◦ Gloves: Anti-slip, shock-absorbing, protect hands.
◦ Sturdy safety shoes: Prevent blade injuries to feet and effectively prevent slipping.
 ◦ Long-sleeved clothing and trousers: Avoid scratches from weeds and insulate against some noise and vibration.

◦ Hearing protection devices (earplugs or earmuffs): Effectively protect hearing during long-term operation.      

Machine Inspection, Meticulous Attention      

◦ Check the blade: Confirm that the blade is installed firmly, free of cracks, and without severe wear or curled edges. If damaged, replace immediately; do not use damaged blades.
◦ Check fasteners: Check if screws and nuts in various parts of the machine are tightened, especially the blade disc and transmission parts.
◦ Check fuel (for fuel-powered models): Refuel in a well-ventilated area, ensuring the engine has cooled down. Smoking or approaching open flames is strictly prohibited while refueling. Please prepare the fuel according to the manual's requirements (two-stroke oil must be mixed with gasoline in proportion).

◦ Check power supply (for electric models): Check cables for damage and ensure connectors are firm. Ensure a qualified residual current device is used.      

Site Survey, Know the Situation      

◦ Clear hard objects such as stones, wires, and wooden sticks from the work area. These items can easily become "projectiles" if hit by the blade, injuring people and damaging objects.

◦ Ensure there are no children, pets, or unauthorized personnel in the work area; maintain a safety distance of at least 15 meters.

◦ Observe the terrain; avoid risky operations on wet, steep slopes (caution advised for slopes over 15 degrees) or complex terrain.  
   
          Rules During Operation: Operating Procedures Must Be Observed    
  Starting Safety: Place the brush cutter steadily on the ground, ensuring no obstacles are near the blade.

Stand firmly on both feet and start according to the standard actions guided in the manual.

Strictly prohibited to lift feet off the ground or start by hand-holding.        

Operating Standards: Maintain a stable posture: grip the handle firmly with both hands and keep body balance.

Swing right, sweep left, man and machine as one: For backpack or hand-held brush cutters, adopt the working method of "swing on the right, clear on the left" to ensure the operator is always outside the blade's working range.

Move smoothly: Advance at a uniform speed, avoid sudden stops and starts. When encountering hard objects, immediately release the throttle and stop the blade rotation before handling.

Strictly prohibit "Three Excesses": Strictly prohibit excessive speed, excessive load, and excessive continuous operation. Allow the machine appropriate rest time to prevent overheating of the engine and blade.  

 Special Warnings (Red Lines That Must Not Be Crossed):

◦ Strictly prohibited to start fuel brush cutters indoors or in poorly ventilated areas to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.

◦ Strictly prohibited to use hands or feet to directly clear weeds wrapped around the blade shaft. Must turn off the engine first, confirm the blade has completely stopped, and then use tools to clear.

◦ Strictly prohibited to leave the machine unattended while running, even for a short time.

◦ Strictly prohibited to remove or modify the safety guard; the guard is your last line of defense. ◦ Strictly prohibited to operate while intoxicated, fatigued, or after taking medication; slow reactions can easily lead to accidents.  
    
          Post-operation "Care": Proper Maintenance Extends Service Life    
      Cleaning and Maintenance: After operation, clear grass clippings and mud from the blade and body to keep the machine clean and dry.

Inspection and Storage: Check blade wear, and sharpen or replace if necessary. Store the machine in a dry, ventilated place out of reach of children.

Fuel Treatment: If not used for a long time, drain the fuel from the tank to prevent carburetor blockage.
